Seneca College's 5th Annual Free Software and Open Source Symposium is set to run on October 26-27th, 2006, at the York University Campus, Toronto. The lineup includes

- Nat Friedman, Vice President, Linux Desktop, Novell
- Marcel Gagné, Author of "Moving to Linux: Kiss the Blue Screen of Death Goodbye!" and Linux Journal Columnist

- Chris Blizzard, One Laptop Per Child
- Marcus Bornfreund, Co-Director, Creative Commons, Canada
