Related News It appears that long time comsumer advocate Ralph Nader has been doing his home work on open source and GPL/Linux His letter to the presiding judge on the USDOJ Microsoft verdict speaks quite strongly on what he perceives to be the motivations of Microsoft to damage the open source movement, as it stands in the way of a Microsoft controlled internet.

General News OCLUG, the Ottawa Canada Linux Users Group, is presenting BOSS, The Business of Open Source, which is a conference being held in November, 2001 in Ottawa, Canada. Eric S. Raymond (esr) will be the keynote speaker, and he will also be participating in a panel discussion among colleagues from Ottawa's development community.
